Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A:  Orders over $75 get free shipping.  For orders under $75 we charge $5.00 for shipping.  Shipping for International orders is calculated at check-out and sent via USPS.

Q:  Do you offer free shipping?

A:  YES!  All orders +$75 get free shipping in the Continental United States.  Shipping for international orders is calculated at check-out.

Q:  How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A:  Most orders ship the day they are received.  For Continental US orders 2 days is the expected time frame.  Orders West of the Rocky mountains tend to take 3 days.

Q: Where are your products made? 

A:  All of our products are at least partially crafted in our Lincoln, NH Studio (with the exception of Nalgene bottles).  Garments are sewn at our studio (for example t-shirts) and some garments are sewn at Merrow Manufacturing in Fall River, MA.  We try to source all of our raw materials from US suppliers.  We are proud to say that all zippers are sourced in the USA as well as the vast majority of our fabrics.  Product pages will give you additional details.  You may also contact customer service (customerservice@burgeonoutdoor.com) for more information if you want it.

Q: Do you offer tours of your studio?

A:  Yes!  Stop on by any day M-F (excluding holidays) between 10am and 4pm.  We are open on weekends as well.
