Shipping on orders $75+ is free for continental US addresses. For orders less than $75 or to non-continental US locations, we charge $5.00 for shipping.

For non-US orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. All International packages are shipped via USPS. Deliveries times will vary depending on destination. Please note that you may be liable for duties on the shipment (varies by country).

Orders will ship either USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS. If you cannot receive packages at your address via USPS, please let us know when you order.

Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Returns:

Burgeon accepts returns at its Lincoln, NH Studio or via USPS. All returns should be requested within 30 days of receipt.  During the holidays, we accept returns for purchases made in the fourth quarter through January 15th.  Please reach out to us via phone call or email so we can assist you with your exchange, return, or refund. Burgeon stands behind all of its products. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact customerservice@burgeonoutdoor.com. Burgeon will replace any manufacturing defect within one year of purchase.
