Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

 

Shipping on orders $75+ is free for continental US addresses. For orders less than $75 or to non-continental US locations, we charge $5.00 for shipping.

Please note, Canada Post is on strike, so USPS is not shipping there at the moment. UPS Ground is the only method in which we can ship to Canada for the timebeing.

For non-US orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. All International packages are shipped via USPS. Deliveries times will vary depending on destination. Please note that you may be liable for duties on the shipment (varies by country).

Orders will ship either USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS. If you cannot receive packages at your address via USPS, please let us know when you order.

Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Christmas Eve Shipping Guarantee:

Our Christmas Eve Shipping Guarantee ensures your gifts arrive in time for the holiday. By selecting this option at checkout and paying an additional fee, Burgeon Outdoor will prioritize your order and upgrade to an expedited shipping service.

To qualify:

Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST on December 18th, 2024.
Shopper must select and pay for the "Arrive by Christmas Eve Guarantee" Shipping option.
Only valid for orders shipping within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders).

If your order does not arrive by Christmas Eve, please contact our customer service team with your order number and shipping/tracking details. Upon verification, we will issue a gift card for 25% of the total order value as a token of our commitment to your satisfaction.

Returns:

Burgeon accepts returns at its Lincoln, NH Studio or via USPS. All returns should be requested within 30 days of receipt.  During the holidays, we accept returns for purchases made in the fourth quarter through January 15th.  Please reach out to us via phone call or email so we can assist you with your exchange, return, or refund. All returns should be sent to the following address for processing:

Refunds:

Burgeon stands behind all of its products. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact customerservice@burgeonoutdoor.com. Burgeon will replace any manufacturing defect within one year of purchase.
