Sizing
I usually wear a medium men's shirt and ordered a medium Alpha Direct Hoodie. My measurements fit the medium measurements on the sizing chart. The medium hoodie felt too restrictive and the hoodie was exchanged for a large. The large was a perfect fit and the exchange process was top notch!

If you are looking for a lightweight, breathable, SOFT, comfortable, mid-layer under your shell, the Alph is your answer! So comfortable, so warm, and unbelievably soft.

Point of note: there are no pockets or drawstrings on this model. Not a problem at all if used as a mid-layer, just wanted to point that out.

Stumbled upon Burgeon through a hiking YouTube video. I saw the Highlander Hoodie sitting on the hikers bag and I knew right away I had to figure what he had.
Order an XL and it just hung on me. I'm about 5'9.5", 187lbs. Made a phone call to customer service and Nick took care of me without hesitation.

This purchase exceeded my expectations! After trying a couple of other Alpha Direct items from other companies, I wasn't fully sold on Alpha Direct technology. Since all of my other purchases from Burgeon have met and exceede expectations, I decided to give this a shot. I did a small backpacking trip and walked my dogs multiple times in sub 25 degree weather and this performed beautifully with and without a wind jacket. I highly recommend the Burgeon Alpha Direct 120 Hoodie. Light, warm, and true to size.

Amazingly cozy and breathable Alpha direct jumper from this cool New Hampshire business, perfect for winter cold and love that its made locally here on the east coast. Construction and Stitching are excellent, true to size for men - my standard medium fits great (6’0/170 lbs). Seriously warm when layered with a shell and great for a range of outputs as well as more sedentary/relaxed wear.

I'll probably end up getting every one of each color. I'm hooked

Best beanie ever purchased, it's a little oversized but I'm fine with that. For being made of thin material the Power wool beanie kept me warm on my winter outings in the Catskills. I plan to buy more gear from Burgeon Outdoor in the near future!
