Our tribute to the Old Bridle Path. As you may know, trail maintenance is near and dear to Burgeon. That's why we adopted the Old Bridle Path (through the AMC) for maintenance. That's why 50% of the proceeds from the sale of each OBP t-shirt will go directly to supporting our trail maintenance efforts -- either on the OBP itself or elsewhere in the White Mountains.

Sustainability:
Our 4000 footer t-shirt is Made in the USA. US domestic production ensures compliance with high environmental standards, a cleaner electrical grid, more efficient transportation infrastructure, as well as reducing the overall distance (and carbon footprint required) to move through a global supply chain. It is made of 50% organic cotton and 50% recycled polyester.
5% for our Community and Environment:
5% of the purchase price of the Mount Washington Elevation t-shirt will benefit our community and environmental efforts. These efforts include trail maintenance, working with local non-profits and organizations, as well as our carbon mitigation efforts.
In the past year, we have maintained three trails (Old Bridle Path, Willey Range Trial, Pink Link) in the White Mountains in partnership with the Appalachian Mountain Club, donated time, resources, and money to organizations such as New England Disabled Sports, Pemi Search and Rescue, Lakes Region Search and Rescue, the Linwood Rotary, Linwood Ambulance, as well as local community centers in Lincoln, Franconia, and Lisbon, NH.
Worker Standards:
Burgeon follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that protect our employees. Burgeon production team members also enjoy flexible working hours, paid time off (vacation, sick, safe), and all ten federal holidays. Burgeon covers 100% of healthcare premiums for all employees who average 30+ hours per week. All Burgeon production team members are eligible for a monthly bonus based on our sales. 1% of the sales of the Mount Washington Elevation t-shirt go directly into this bonus pool.
